I have had a few bad experiences with other contractors in the past so I am no pushover when dealing with them.  I called Forward Electric to install some new security lighting for the back yard and sides of my home because I want to keep my family as safe as possible. I watched the entire installation from start to finish to make sure that everything was being done correctly and to make sure there was not short cuts.  Needless to say after watching for an hour and asking questions I knew that I hired the right company and I just let them do their job.  They came out installed the lights they look great and they really light up the dark areas in my yard.  While the technician was working he noticed that my landscape lighting wasn’t working properly and he said that he could take care of it, its no problem.  When I received the invoice I was expecting to see a charge for the work on the landscape lighting system but there wasn’t.  I asked him why he didn’t charge for it and he said it was only a loose connection that he had to tighten.  The company that installed the landscape lighting had told me 2 weeks prior that I my landscape lighting wasn’t under warranty anymore and that I needed a new system because it couldn’t be prepared.  I almost bought a new landscape lighting system.  I would recommend Forward Electric to anyone, anyday.  They are awesome!!!
